At Book Fanar, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion purchases. If your items aren't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Book Fanar account, navigate to your order history, and select the items you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization number.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the unworn garments with all original tags attached into their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location or schedule a home pickup.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
